Our company needs a motivated, highly organised Human resource manager to join our team. We\'re looking for an experienced person who doesn\'t mind putting in long hours and working with colleagues. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Accomplish operations and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Qualifications 3+ years of experience Administrator Role for minimum 3 years MBA Requirements Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Outstanding communication ability Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach Successful previous experience & target completion Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels Degree in Human Resources or related field Apply: https://zylm.in/career ( Department - Human resource)
