We at Aelum Consulting Pvt. Ltd are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, HR Policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursements. Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties Act responsible for Employee retention, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, joining formalities, Exit Formalities, Leave & Attendance Management and Payroll Processing. Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, performance and appraisal analysis and proactive analysis to the management. Oversee Employee engagement activities and cultural activities in the organization Optimize hiring process and expedite the recruitment process using various job portals, social media platforms, employee referral programs Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration and act. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master\'s degree in human resources or equivalent. Five or more years of experience in HR Manager role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset Prominent in handling Employee concerns and conflict resolution Familiarity with latest HR Software/tools such as ZOHO People and Recruit etc. People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Location - Jaipur (On-Site)
