We cater primarily to the secondary and higher education market, which includes middle school, high school and college students. • Recruitment - Conducting initial screening of candidates and scheduling interviews with founders

• Conducting interviews and onboarding of freelance teachers on the Vidyalai platform

• Design programmes to engage with employees better
• Conduct onboarding sessions

• Conducting periodic feedback calls to measure the performance of the teachers and operations team

• Conduct exit interviews and document them to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them

• Get and document employee feedback and provide periodic analysis with recommendations of the same to the business

• Timing: 9 to 6 PM

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage ambiguity and proactive

• High energy levels

• MBA or Bachelors in HR
