- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and implement employee training programs
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and industry standards
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
