Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven work experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
