  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and implement employee training programs

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
