Hiring for the position of HR Business Partner for Croma - A Tata Enterprise JD / Responsibilities Responsible for HR Operations (Stores) in the respective zone/cluster. Hiring & ensuring the open positions are closed within TAT. Execution of performance management system - bi-annual appraisal cycles, PIP at stores. Accurate and timely payroll processing, full and final settlements of resigned employees on a monthly basis. Ensuring accurate incentive calculations and updations in Payroll System for all store employees. Implement and sustain Tata Code of Conduct and value systems in the stores. Driving Engagement & CSR plan for the cluster. Conduct People Connect sessions in stores to understand pulse of employees. Review employee welfare, grievance handling, counseling and guiding employees as required. Monitoring & conducting Rewards & Recognition at stores HR interventions for retention of employees. Regular audits with respect to employee details and personnel files, leave records in HRMS, attendance, & other registers at store with accuracy of data and documents. Maintenance of all statutory compliances pertaining to stores Developing & ensuring implementation of all the HR Standard Operating Procedures & policies at the stores Representing HR function for Monthly reviews with relevant data points and matrices Collaborate with various stakeholders Skillsets: Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills Excel Proficiency Open to travel - min 12days of travel in a month to approx 10 different cities within gujarat Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree minimum Minimum 6 years of experience in HR role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Salary: 6 - 6.75L p.a CTC Base Location: Surat, Gujarat Only candidate who qualify and interested in the above role may apply.
