What We Are Looking For The Human Resources Manager will provide front-line HR support to employees and managers in our Chennai, India office. This role will report directly to the Chief of Human Resource Officer and provide strategic, administrative, and operational support. This position will provide inspiring leadership and guidance to employees, along with supporting and promoting Sectigo\'s vision to boldly transform the human experience and be an ambassador of Sectigo\'s cultural values through day-to-day actions. This is an in-office/onsite position reporting to our Chennai, India office. What You\'ll Be Doing Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers and provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to Chief Human Resource Officer. Act as point of contact and liaison across HR specialty functions including onboarding, reporting, recruitment, benefits, performance management, HRIS administration, systems management, and implementations. Manage onboarding activities through ADP Workforce Now of all new employees including initiating correct system access and set up. Assess Leave of Absence (LOA) requests for qualifying conditions and eligibility, within established time frames and laws. Enter LOA information into ADP WFN to start/end Record of Employment (ROE). Provide HR support in organizational change initiatives including talent acquisition, communications, terminations, promotions, and new hires. Foster and support a positive, employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance and employee engagement. Ensure fairness and accuracy in HR documentation and file management. Comply with quarterly compliance audit requests. Provide various reports. Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and prepare job descriptions. Ensure effective and good working relationships and exchange of best practices with global HR practices. Own, assist and participate in critical HR projects/initiatives. Track employee data such as harassment trainings, background checks, benefits enrollment, etc. Coordinate HR initiatives such as dissemination of bonuses, performance management review process, etc. Assist with open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies. Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies. Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, practices and policies and partner with HR Director on implementing positive change in the workplace. Additional responsibilities and special project as needed. Requirements Education Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in human resources, or business-related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience 7-10 years human resources experience is required. ADP Workforce Now experience is required. Benefits administration experience is required. Knowledge of India employment laws is required. Prior experience in developing and updating HR policies, practices, and procedures. Talents And Desired Qualifications Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and HRIS applications Analytical, meticulous Communicate grammatically correct both verbally and written. Proven proficient organization, proofreading, customer service and problem-solving skills. A strong client focus with solid judgment and critical thinking abilities. Keen attention to detail Proven ability to be discreet especially when handling issues of a sensitive nature. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively to leadership on-site and remotely. Creative problem solver in a sometimes resource constrained environment.
