Job Description
Experience: 8+ years (Preferably from Health care background) Qualification - MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field Salary - Up to 60 k (Negotiable) Work location - ECR, Chennai Requirements: 1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. 3. Nurture a positive working environment 4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 5. Formulating career development plans 6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 7. In-depth knowledge of all HR functions 8. Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS) 9. Good understanding of labor legislation 10. Excellent leadership abilities Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 per month Benefits:
