Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and overlooking orientation and training programs.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, ESIC and PF.
Assist employees with benefits enrolment and inquiries. Stay updated on changes in benefits regulations and ensure compliance.
Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Bridge and improve management-employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Administer disciplinary action when necessary.
Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
