Job Description
Role and responsibilities:- Hire Chennai local talents- Manage and operate On-boarding and Off-boarding for Chennai employees- Conduct day-to-day operations and the facility management- Be a first point of contact for Chennai employee inquiries and support needs- Responsibly manage vendors and execute cost-effective purchases to contribute to overall operational efficiency- Collaborate with Tokyo, Bangalore, and the US teams and create an effective and efficient workplace culture in the Chennai office- Plan and execute actions to engage employees in the Chennai office and achieve a low turnover rateRequirements:- Resident of Chennai and willing to work from the office- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and experience as mentioned above, someone with experience in hiring BPO/KPO/ITES industry would be a plus- Proficient in English and Tamil language- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders- Attention to detail and strong task management skills- Willing to travel based on job requirements within ChennaiBenefits:- Competitive salary- Bleeding edge technology- Working with exceptionally talented engineersPerks:- Multinational culture- Insurance coverage for employee and family from the day of joining
