Qualification and Education Requirements:
Education- Any Graduate or MBA in HR (minimum 2 years in generalist)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

Language required: English & Hindi mandatory
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Should be flexible for the day shift- (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 8 PM).

It is headquartered in Bangalore with a team of 1500+ people. Role and Responsibility \xe2\x80\x93 Senior HR Executive-Operations:
Support the HR leadership team in managing the employee lifecycle of their respective BU, actively participate in all gamuts of HR starting from entry to exit of employees.
Act as the face of the organization to the employees wherever they have day-to-day queries, grievances and resolve them within 48 hours (stipulated TAT) working together with respective leadership and central teams.
Act as the owner for all employee data for the respective BU by ensuring timely updates, availability and accuracy of employee data in various HR systems.
Have regular 1:1 conversations / focused group discussions with the respective employee cohort to understand their needs and motivations.
Ensure all the exit formalities and exit interviews are completed on time
Respond to ad-hoc requests from employees and is able to quickly solve them independently leveraging the support of the team leadership.
Execute micro-learning initiatives to drive Upskilling as per the plan
Prepare reports on headcount, etc
Ensure maintenance of proper compliance records (POSH, labour law adherence, incidents, VOE, etc.,) & ensure seamless execution as stipulated.
Responsible for the Completion of Joining Formalities of new joiners (ID creations, documentation, etc.) through the HRIS-Darwin Box tool and taking care of induction smoothly. Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience Responsible for issuing HR letters.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Handling grievances of employees related to HR policies
Should have outstanding knowledge of HRIS systems (eg. Darwin Box)
Desired Skills:
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Proven experience as an HR Generalist \xe2\x80\xa2 Darwin Box knowledge is a must \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
Additional HR training will be a plus
Should have own laptop to work from office.
