Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and programs, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, recruitment and retention, and compliance with labor laws. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources management, labor relations, and recruitment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and at multiple levels of the organization Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification is a plus Experience in the technology industry is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills
