Job Overview

ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions while supporting our team in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a remote internship position with a focus on learning and development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
• Support in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with new employee documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs
• Maintain HR records and update employee information in the HRIS
• Support in HR operations, including attendance and leave management, employee welfare activities, and performance management
• Assist in HR policy compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
