Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in daily operations relating to HR. Other responsibilities include maintaining personnel files, assisting in HR policy creation and implementation, employee benefits administration, and employee data management. Qualifications Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management Exposure and willingness to learn HR Policies and Employee Benefits Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field Ability to work in a team environment and support the needs of the HR department Experience in a previous HR internship or related experience is a plus
