Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel 3. Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process : Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure 4. Maintaining Record and follow up sheets to track data 5. Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc.
