Job Title: HR Intern Company: K and A Technology Pvt Ltd Location: H-Block, Noida 63 Position Type : Internship : K and A Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity for candidates to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced and innovative technology company. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT positions. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Manage attendance and leave records efficiently. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Academic understanding of HR processes and practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
