Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Draft recruitment advertisements posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital or print media for open positions. 2. Sourcing of profiles from various sourcing channels (job portal, employee reference, consultants, etc.) 3. Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling personal interviews 4. Coordinating with placement cells of colleges for Campus Recruitment 5. Maintaining and updating CVs databank 6. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Required Skills: 1. Good communication and interpersonal skills 2. Good knowledge of MS Office 3. Good learning attitude and participatory approach. Work Location : Sec 1- Noida Uttar Pradesh Duration : 3 months
