We are seeking a smart, confident and a result-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. Your responsibilities may include any of the following, which will require you to exercise discretion and independent judgment: Managing the end to end recruiting cycle for IT & Non IT roles starting with identifying the best talent, driving the interview process and candidate experience while delivering exceptional new hires for Dolat. Develop effective strategies for identifying; sourcing; attracting; and evaluating candidates, and implement these strategies to fill a broad range of open positions at Dolat. Interact closely with fellow recruiters, candidates, and teams across the company to create an effective and streamlined recruiting process designed to bring India\'s best talent onboard. Mapping potential candidates across different campuses through various job portals. Participating in End to End Campus Recruitment.
