ROLE:

We are looking at hiring a HR intern who would help in Employer branding for JioSaavn.

KEY PROJECTS:

• Understanding and reviewing the current HR policies and procedures
• Staying abreast of latest trends and HR practices across the world
• Recommending appropriate changes in the current HR policies and processes; wherever required
• Ideating and implementing Employer Branding activities by touching various aspects of employee lifecycle
• Branding JioSaavn in the market through various programs and platforms
• Handling internal communication of activities and programs
• Assisting the HR team in the launch and implementation of any new HR initiatives

DELIVERABLES:

• A presentation of the whole process and findings at the end of the internship.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursuing Regular Masters/MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute/university.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Highly energetic individual having a passion to learn
• Passionate towards music and technology
