About The Internship Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include: Posting recruitment advertisements in Job portals Screen candidates based on job requirements Conduct a first-level interview to ascertain the suitability of candidates for a job Organize the selection process by coordinating with Interviewers and hiring managers Salary negotiations and making offers Post-offer follow-up till the candidates join Conducting onboarding and Induction of new candidates Resolving employee queries Employee Communications- Drafting, publishing, and emailing Coordinating HR activities including training, performance management, and employee welfare. Completing exit formalities Who Can Apply Only those candidates can apply who: have completed/pursuing last sem of MBA-HR or MHRM qualification are available for full time (in-office) internship can start the internship between 20th Apr\'23 and 25th May\'23 are available for duration of 6 months have relevant skills and interests Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
