Human Resource Internship Aashman Foundation is a NGO working for single income family widows, women empowerment & child education. We support single income family widows by providing them monthly grocery, skill training and we are currently supporting 1,000+ such widows across India. Lastly, we are running our own schools by the name of Nishulak Pathshala. We have 16 schools in 11 states of India, where 4,500+ students are taking free education along with moral development. - PERKS OF INTERNSHIP: - Offer Letter - Internship Completion Certificate - Letter of Recommendation (performance based) - Earn Multiple Certificates & Goodies etc. - Further Paid Opportunities (if eligible) - Leaves provided (as per policy) Human Resource Intern\'s work 1. Human Resources: 45 days, 3/6/9/12 months \xe2\x97\x86 Create internship drives in college campuses \xe2\x86\x92 Enroll candidates through online mediums \xe2\x86\x92 Screen resumes and applications \xe2\x86\x92 Schedule and conduct candidate interviews \xe2\x86\x92 Post. update, and remove internship ads on career pages and social networks
