The position of a Research Intern has the following responsibilities: Conduct market analysis and research, determining industry trends, breaking down organizational structures and identifying where the talent lies Build networks in critical functions or industries, tap industry sources, build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and develop deep market knowledge To be able to do cold-calling to generate desired information Create strategies for time-sensitive hiring needs Generate primary and secondary data to have competitive intelligence Produce client-ready reports, synthesizing findings and recommendations to be presented to Peergrowth\'s prospective clients The Successful Applicant: Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA advantageous Experience in market research, executive search, or other analysis-driven industries Proven success in executing qualitative and quantitative market analysis, synthesizing information, and presenting findings Track record of managing and prioritizing multiple projects Demonstrated business acumen and ability to communicate with senior leaders Knowledge capture expertise, sourcing, tracking, and managing information Proficient with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Vibrant curiosity, innovative and pioneering Natural analyst and truth seeker, action-oriented, decisive and bold Tenacious and diligent with a zeal for accuracy, detail, and completeness Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision A track record of persistence in working for a target or goal and ultimately achieving that goal.
