Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like Head count data, attrition data and payroll related data)
Address employee queries about benefits
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Participate in organizing company events and other employee engagement activities
Qualification
MBA in HR or other HR related Degree
Good aptitude and analytical skill
Passed PG degree not before 2022
