Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Elite Workforce, Inc in Ahmedabad. The HR Intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as HR Management, HR Policies, Employee Benefits programs, and Personnel Management.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) policies and practices
- Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Prior experience in a human resources role is preferred
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
