About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting job on various portals and sourcing candidates
2. Screening, shortlisting & selecting candidates by taking their interviews
3. Managing a team and helping them out in achieving targets

Note:

1. Internship Completion: If you hire and maintain/manage 4+ active sales and
marketing interns till the end of their internship and make them achieve their
internship completion targets.
2. Excellence: If you hire and maintain/manage 6+ active sales and marketing interns till the end of their internship and make them achieve their internship completion targets.
3. LOR: If you hire and maintain/manage 10+ active sales and marketing interns till the end of their internship and make them achieve their internship completion targets.
4. Stipend of 5000/- rupees will be given on creating 10 brand associates from your team.
5. The HR intern who will perform better can also expect promotions after completing this role in the internship.
