About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruit, screen, and source candidates from various job portals
2. Post job openings on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
3. Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner and develop a pipeline of passive talent
4. Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
5. Collect the training topics from the technical heads and the feedback forms
6. Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
7. Take care of induction and documentation
