Developers on contract - based on your requirements we match the right consultant. Even though we hire our engineers through a rigorous vetting process, you can further interview them for further scrutiny. Once selected they start working with your team directly. The billing is done at the end of the month on hours put in after verification from your end.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing IT job openings
2. Updating the vendor list and vendor management
3. Getting relevant profiles and maintaining the resource pool
4. Using the portals actively to maintain the resources supply
5. Updating requirements from the assigned clients
6. Analyzing the job descriptions from the clients
7. Matchmaking the profiles based on JD, screening, and sharing the resumes the with clients
8. Scheduling and conducting interviews
9. Working on RPO (recruitment process outsourcing)
10. Conducting induction & training of new hires

Requirements:

1. Open to full-time opportunities during the internship or post-completion of the internship
2. Must have a laptop and internet connection

Additional Information:

1. Duration: 6 months
2. Benefits: mentorship and 5k monthly stipend with certificate
