About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage office supplies stock and place orders online
2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets in remote tools
3. Maintain and update company databases over Excel
4. Respond to staff and client inquiries over email, calls, and meetings
5. Revise office policies as needed coordinating with the finance and HR department
6. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments when required over Google meet, Zoom etc
7. Book goodies, coordinate with vendors, and maintain invoices
8. Distribute and keep records of correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
9. Prepare statistical data-based reports and presentations as needed
10. Make travel and lodging budgets and arrangements
11. Plan both internal and external events and organise them
12. Work on asset management

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role
2. Should be interested in remote working
3. Male candidates are preferred as there is a lot of travel involved
4. The candidate should be from Bangalore
