About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end-to-end sourcing/recruitment
2. Work on understanding the requirement to fill internal positions
3. Work on developing an understanding of the requirement and create a strategy to source the best candidate from different professional platforms and job portals
4. Work on using different professional networking platforms and job portals effectively to source the best candidate
5. Work on evaluating & assess the candidate on different parameters, such as working experience, job knowledge
6. Work on negotiating with the candidate as per the allocated budget

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
