Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
2. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
3. Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs
4. Build the organization's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
5. Conduct interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates
