About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connecting and sourcing candidates from non-conventional sources e.g. Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
2. Maintaining MIS in a meaningful manner and presenting the data to seniors on a need basis
3. Demonstrating expertise in MS Excel (will be an advantage)
4. Working on suggesting innovative techniques to reduce manual processing
5. Calling and scheduling interviews of candidates (approx 40 calls/day on average)

Requirements:

1. We require smart and out-of-the-box thinkers for our HR trainee role
2. Candidate must have good communication skills and should be confident
3. Only female candidates

Additional information: Work timings will be 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. You will be provided with mobile reimbursement along with the stipend. Certificate will be awarded post-successful completion of the internship.
