About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the HR department with various tasks, such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, updating employee records, and assisting with employee benefits administration
2. Interviewing candidates and keeping a properly documented record of the recruitment process

Skills & Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills
3. Ability to work independently and take initiative
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
5. Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
6. Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus
