About the work from home job/internship

A talent acquisition intern provides recommendations to address organizational needs and geographical challenges by utilizing the applicant tracking system, as well as the associated compliance requirements.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gain knowledge and experience in talent acquisition\'s recruiting process
2. Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
3. Support the manager with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, database management)
4. Schedule high-volume requests of candidates for interviews
5. Help plan and organize HR-related events
6. Assist with candidate tracking
7. Assist with special TA projects
