About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruiting efforts (including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews)
2. File and maintain HR documents
3. Prepare and maintain employee files
4. Articulate HR strategy and procedures
5. Utilize social media platforms to create and promote content
6. Enhance the employee experience through creative initiatives
7. Participate in HR-related projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. English proficiency (spoken and written)
2. Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills
3. Experience with LinkedIn marketing

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 100 per hire).
