About the work from home job/internship
Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the end-to-end process of recruitment.
2. Arrange the internal technical screening, interview coordination, and following up with the updates
3. Maintaining and ensuring to update all common HR records and databases on a regular note
4. Handle recruiting potential consultants and ensure high-quality resumes are being submitted
5. Able to work and coordinate online.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Preferred education background - MBA- HR / BBA (either pursuing or completed), B.Comm (completed)
2. Extremely good in communication skills written and oral
3. Good negotiation skills
4. Should have a laptop and a good internet connection.
