About the work from home job/internship

We are looking for a candidate with an interest in human behavior and psychology, who would like to help screen and onboard professionals to meet the business goals of Crispminds.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on sourcing the appropriate profiles
2. Work on communicating the purpose and business value of Crispminds
3. Work on profiling and initial screening
4. Work on completing the onboarding process and initial engagement

Note: This will be a part-time opportunity with occasional meetings in person 2 - 4 times a month. The ideal candidate should be based out of Mumbai. To know more about Crispminds you can visit www.crispminds.com.
