About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on recruiting and interviewing candidates for open positions by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruiting
2. Working on onboarding new hires by providing orientation, training, and benefits enrollment; and ensuring they have everything they need to be successful from day one
3. Working on administering payroll and benefits programs, which includes processing payroll, managing health insurance plans, and overseeing retirement plans
4. Handling employee relations issues by acting as a liaison between employees and management to resolve any workplace conflicts or performance issues
5. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures by working with the executive team to create policies that comply with employment laws and support the company culture
6. Providing coaching, feedback, and training to help employees improve their skills and advance their careers by developing internal training programs or sourcing external options
