About the work from home job/internship

If you are a person with an unending curiosity to understand how an organization works and to know how great teams are built you have found the right job. The job requires continuous learning and interacting with a variety of people every single day. The role requires strong command over the English Language, both written and spoken.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Connecting with the campus for recruitment.
2.Taking interviews and screening the candidates.
3.Coordinate for day to day\'s HR functions.
4.Create a policy-related, process-related FAQ.
5.Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
