About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on talent mapping at sectorial and functional levels (sales, marketing & BD teams) for mid to senior-level positions
2. Work on making candidates through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
3. Maintain MIS/trackers/status reports

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should have basic project management skills
2. Should have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
3. Should be good with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
4. Should have a bachelor's degree/master's degree
5. Education/professional qualification: post graduate/graduate (any specialization)
