About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening resumes received from online sources
2. Taking the telephonic round of interviews and shortlisting the candidates for in-person interviews
3. Facilitating background screenings of shortlisted candidates
4. Maintaining the applicant tracking system ATS to ensure candidate records are complete
5. Ensuring that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
6. Managing the offer letter preparation for new hire on-boarding

Additional Information
