About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Initiate, develop and maintain client relationships
2.Identify needs and provide feedback on the recruitment process
3.Complete comprehensive job orders with job specification and benefits
4.Gather information on clients and update database
5.Categorize every client record and details into the database
6.Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
7.Keep in regular contact with candidates to review progress, employment status, and performance
8.Create s, Search/shortlist CV's in line with the job order request; ensure CV's are of a specific standard and are reflective of clients requests in line with clients selection criteria,
9.Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews
10.Prepare candidates and their reviews for prospective clients, Prepare offer letters.
11.Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent jobs
12.Manage to offer career counseling to candidates and inform them of market trends
13.Instill a sense of urgency with all candidates
14.Gain exclusivity for the right candidate and has a demonstrated amount of exclusive candidates
15.Prepare Reports on Team & Record all activities and processes on the database
17.Utilize the search function of the database effectively
18.Coach colleagues and consultants on appropriate database use (Jobcode 16910)
