Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening potential candidates from various job portals
2. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
4. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
5. Following up with the candidates for the smooth interview process
