About the internship

We require strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determining selection criteria
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
4. Planning interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Requirements:

1. Experience: Fresher
2. Eligibility: Any graduate - B.COM/BBA/MBA HR PGDHRM/BE/BSC/only graduate students
3. Academic criteria: > 65% through SSC, Inter, Graduation

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 5000 per variable pay (depends on rating)).
