About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the lateral recruitment and selection process
2. Prepare and manage payslips
3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Manage campus placement for fresh recruitment
5. Manage the induction and training of new joiners
6. Handle HR initiatives to keep the team involved
7. Manage exit interviews
8. Nurture a positive working environment
9. Handle compliance as per applicable laws and regulations
10. Manage attendance
11. Source, oversee contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology
12. Plan for the future by forecasting the facility's upcoming needs and requirements
13. Oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
14. Help with office relocations
