About the internship

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring employees through employee referrals, online portals, and networking
2. Conducting telephonic and HR round interviews to shortlist the best prospective hires
3. Handling payroll related activities
4. Managing daily HR operations
5. Conducting/organizing employee motivation/entertainment activities
6. Contributing to other areas like content writing and social media management
7. Sales Ops, Managing Business Team Daily MIS Reporting, Data Allocation etc
