About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating our internal databases with new employee information such as contact details and employment forms
2. Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves, and bank accounts
3. Preparing HR-related reports on a weekly basis or as needed (e.g. training budgets by department)
4. Screening resumes and application forms
5. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
6. Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
7. Addressing employee queries about benefits (e.g. the number of remaining vacation days)
8. Reviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies
9. Participating in organizing company events and careers days

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 350 per per candidate).
