About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs for employees
2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training)
4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training for improving HR quality
5. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
