About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying the job vacancy as specified by the client
2. Sourcing profiles of relevant through various job boards, social networking sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
3. Shortlisting the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications
4. Understanding salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations.
5. Following-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keeping the respective departments/clients informed of the same.
