The Human Resources team at Arise is focused on what people need and how to provide it. We re searching for a qualified and resourceful Human Resources Generalist to support our department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Generalist will provide execution, tactical hands-on support, and help with important functions such as orientation, payroll processing, benefits, and employee relations. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring that we continue to grow and succeed as a company. At Arise, we understand that our business thrives when our employees thrive, and it begins with hiring the right HR Generalist. What you will take on: Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management Coordinate open enrollments, changes and training for employee benefits programs Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new hire orientation and onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional employee experience Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions Maintain employee personnel records Providing support for HR projects and initiatives, as needed Report(s) generation and distribution Participate in audits All other duties as assigned Our new team member will need: Bachelor s degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent work experience Experience working within a global company is a must Payroll experience with multiple states and countries Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and cultures. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
