Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
Maintain accurate employee records for compliance and audit purposes.
Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for compliance matters.
Assist in payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Monitor changes in labor laws and update HR policies accordingly.
Prepare compliance reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
Support HR team in maintaining compliance-related documentation and employee queries.
