Cloudnine Hospital was started with the vision of ensuring world-class maternal and infant care in India. Over the last seven years, we have achieved more than that - 21,000 deliveries, with 100% maternal survival and 99.72% infant survival. The Cloudnine family has grown from 200+ to 1100+ family members (employees, doctors, and support staff) this year. We are present in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, and Gurugram. About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work toward a good employee net promoter score
2. Present recommendations to improve employee experience based on data and trend analysis
3. Collaborate and work towards bridging gaps and developing channels of effective internal communication
4. Improve the way we listen, communicate, engage and motivate the workforce
5. Boost employee camaraderie
6. Design and deliver workforce engagement strategy in conjunction with the HR manager
7. Participate and lead on specific projects like culture building (that is aligned to the company values) through a great place to work
8. Support organization change to keep up with current dynamic times by proposing and executing best people practices
